When does the group deal become active?
A group deal becomes active when the minimum specified buyers show interest prior to the expiry date of the deal, however the deal is "tipped" even if one buyer shows interest in a particular deal.
Can I join multiple groups and/or show interest in multiple deals?
Yes you can, however during discussions with the SnapGhar team we will help you decide on the most suitable property and the best deal for you as we are an independent consultant with no direct association with any particular Real Estate Developer.
Does SnapGhar charge any brokerage on the purchase?
This is a unique service offering which involves No Membership Fee and No Brokerage Fee and An Assured Gift on each home purchase.
Why should I refer a friend or a relative?
By Referring friends and relatives interested in buying a flat the whole group benefits from what we call a "Group Buying Power". You can also use social media links available on each deal like e.g.: Facebook, Twitter, E-mail to promote the deal to your friends and relatives for the benefit of the whole group.
If I get buyers, Group of buyers or a Deal, will I get compensated and how?

What happens if the minimum number of buyers is not reached?
Even if you are the only buyer for the particular deal at the end of the deal, the deal will be still be closed between you and the Real Estate Developer and we will make all attempts to get you a preferred rate with an assured gift on your home purchase.
How do I know how many people have shown interest for a particular deal?
You can view live information of the number of people that have shown interest for a particular deal by checking the following icon
from time to time.
Can NRIs participate in group deals?
Yes, however in order to carry out the formalities he/she should have appointed a local relative/friend with whom the SnapGhar team can communicate for facilitating site visits and any other interaction.
At what stage can I leave/dropout from the group?
You can leave the group at any stage of the sales process however if you are a serious buyer we would recommend you to stay till the end of the deal period, because these are the best deals that you can avail of for the listed properties/projects of the respective builder.
How do I make payment for the property?
You make payments directly to the Builder as per the payment terms and schedule defined for each project.
